GUIDELINES
  • Presentation schedule will be announced one week before event on Friday, September, 4th 2026 at official event website.
  • Poster Format: PDF
  • Page set up: Portrait, 2 columns, A2 size (549mm x 420mm)
  • Font: The font used must be consistent and clearly legible.
  • Layout: Employ a grid-based layout to ensure systematic organization and optimal readability.
  • Color Scheme: Select a visually appropriate color scheme that maintains clarity and does not compromise legibility. Ensure adequate contrast between text and background elements.
  • Visual Elements: Incorporate high-resolution images and graphics that meaningfully support and enhance the scientific content, rather than serve as decorative fillers.
  • Number of Visuals: Limit to a maximum of 2-3 primary figures.
  • Image Quality: All visual materials must be of high resolution and clarity.
  • Relevance: Ensure that all visual elements directly support and reinforce the primary message of the poster.

Title Section
  • Alignment: Center the title at the top of the poster.
  • Additional Elements: Include the presenter's name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) directly below the title using a smaller font size (36-48 pt).
Results or Findings
  • Content: Present the primary findings using graphs, tables, or concise bullet points. Emphasize key quantitative outcomes where applicable.
  • Visuals: Ensure that all figures and tables are clearly labeled, legible, and easily interpretable.
Introduction or Objectives
  • Content: Provide a concise background and clearly state the study objective(s), research question, or hypothesis using bullet points or short, structured paragraphs.
  • Visuals: Include a relevant small image, conceptual framework, or schematic diagram if it enhances clarity.
Discussion
  • Content: Provide a succinct interpretation of the findings, highlighting their clinical or scientific implications using structured bullet points or brief paragraphs.
  • Visuals: Include supplementary diagrams or graphical summaries if they enhance understanding of the interpretation.
Methodology
  • Content: Clearly describe the study design, population, procedures, measurements, and analytical methods using bullet points, diagrams, or flowcharts.
  • Visuals: Incorporate a flow diagram, study schema, or methodological illustration to improve comprehension and transparency.
Conclusion
  • Content: Summarize the principal conclusions and key take-home messages in concise bullet points or short paragraphs.
  • Visuals: Use minimal visual elements only if they reinforce essential conclusions.
References
  • Content: List references in a clear, standardized citation format appropriate for scientific presentations (e.g., Vancouver style).
  • Visuals: Maintain a clean and minimal layout; ensure the reference list is well-organized and easily readable.
